The job

The partners built a detailed prospect web form with Lovable and used Claude to embed it into the firm website. The form asks about business size, revenue, industry and past CPA use, weeds out poor fits, and sends responses into ClickUp through its API and automations.

Tool: Custom Built (Lovable)

What happened

The firm says its prospect conversion rate rose by about 25% after the new form went live.

The firm is a six-person practice. It added CAPTCHA, rate limiting and access controls to the form to cut automated attacks and unwanted submissions. It says costs were minimal.

Before you believe it

Journal of Accountancy, August 2026. The 25% figure is the firm own account, and the article says the real work was designing the right questions, not the technology. The firm built the form itself after vendors could not supply what it wanted.
