What the AI did

When a staff member left, the owners used Claude to automate printing orders, gift tags and labels and to download topper templates. Claude also helped build a tool in three hours that works out daily production numbers.

The result

The business now has a 'one-button' order label printing tool, which Oliver believes saves the business 86 hours a month. Candice and Oliver, who have no plans to cut jobs, said they believed AI had helped them save £20,000 in staff costs a year.
