The job

The head of support uses NotebookLM to analyse the charity feedback responses the organisation receives, sorting more than 400 responses a month to find the themes, despite having no background in data analysis.

Tool: NotebookLM

What happened

More than 400 charity feedback responses are analysed each month.

FoodCloud has 15 AI champions across departments, each asked to find a problem first and only then look for an AI tool. A grants officer in the same programme uses a Gemini assistant that searches for funding by country, sector and deadline, cutting hours of research into minutes.

Before you believe it

Enterprise Ireland is promoting its own client programme, and the figure is the volume going through the tool each month, with no time saving stated. Staff numbers are not in the source: a Southern Star profile of February 2026 reports 96 staff, and later directory estimates of about 122 to 124 are also under 200.

Here are this month responses from our partners: [RESPONSES]. Group them into themes, count how many fall under each theme, and quote one response for each theme word for word. Mark any response that does not fit a theme rather than forcing it into one.
