What the AI did
Put an AI shop assistant on every page of its website to answer product questions using live stock data.
The result
Shoppers who used the assistant converted at 3.6 times the rate of the next best channel.
Shoppers who used the assistant converted at 3.6x the rate of Lenehans' next-best tracked channel, making it their best-performing sales channel.
Check before trusting
Shoppers who use a chat assistant are often keener buyers anyway, so a higher conversion rate doesn't prove the assistant caused it. Check answers on safety-related products.

Here are our product categories and the questions customers ask most often in store: [QUESTIONS]. For each, draft a short, accurate answer an online assistant could give, and say which questions need a person because they depend on the customer's job or safety.
