The job

The owner photographs the highlighted pages of his wholesaler catalogue and sends them to his Meta Muse agent, which builds the weekly shop ad. He uses the same approach for the staff schedule and for adding up photographed time cards for payroll, and Muse drafts and posts social posts for the store.

Tool: Meta Muse

What happened

The weekly ad fell from a couple of hours of typing to about 15 minutes.

Photographing time cards and letting Muse add them up cut at least 15 minutes from payroll. The owner works about 65 hours a week and does the ordering, ads and paperwork himself before the shop opens.

Before you believe it

This is a newspaper profile, and the grocery owner was introduced to Muse by Meta, so the times are his own account from the first month of use. He makes the final tweaks to the schedule himself, which is where errors would be caught.
