The job
Candidates take an AI screening interview at a time that suits them. Status changes in Zoho Recruit send the invites, and scores, summaries and shortlists go back into each candidate record.
Tool: TalentSprout (with Zoho Recruit)
What happened
The recruitment team saved more than 115 hours of manual screening over six weeks.
It screened 248 candidates across nine technical roles, and more than 100 were shortlisted automatically. The vendor's case study says the pilot started on 2 March 2026, 84% of candidates finished the interview and 27 were flagged for behaviour such as reading from screens.
Before you believe it
The firm's own post is written by its director of global operations. The fuller figures come from the vendor's case study. Watch shortlist rates by role, which ranged from 0% to 70%.
