The job

The firm built Strata Nucleus, its own platform that brings data from about 80 projects a month into one place and applies machine learning to it to flag risks and improve planning. It also uses Copilot and Claude across the team for content and finding documents.

Tool: Custom Built (Strata Nucleus)

What happened

Planning durations were cut by up to 18%.

Critical risks are now flagged 10 to 20 days earlier than before, and engineer utilisation is up by around 20%. Half the team works in Copilot and the other half in Claude day to day.

Before you believe it

Enterprise Ireland is promoting its own client programme, and up to 18% is the best case figure on the page, not an average. The firm employs an AI engineer, hired after a 12 month placement, so this is not a no staff route.
