The job

Bulk PDFs from clients, each holding 20 to 30 invoices, go into Tofu. Tofu splits them and extracts the line items into Xero. The firm had asked its previous capture tool for line item extraction for about two years without success.

What happened

High volume turnaround went from 4 to 5 days to 2 days. Clients send 5 to 10 bulk PDFs with 20 to 30 invoices each. Line item extraction has let the firm take on clients it used to turn away.
