What the AI did

Put three staff from recruitment, marketing and client relationships through a Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship with an AI pathway. They now use AI for first drafts, building web pages and sourcing candidates.

The result

Staff reporting time savings of up to eight hours a week. Marketing Assistant Jasmine Scott uses AI every day and estimates it saves her around eight hours a week. Senior Recruitment Consultant Faye Turner now uses an AI agent that sources suitable candidates from LinkedIn based on a job description, saving her around two hours.

Check before trusting

The time savings are staff estimates in a story the firm itself put out, and it sells this apprenticeship to employers.
