What happened

Notes finished in under five minutes rose from 17% to 70% of all notes.

Seven in ten clinicians now finish their notes during the shift. Heidi produced 17,937 notes and documents from 1,102 hours of captured consultations. Clinician satisfaction with documentation rose from 2.9 to 4.3 out of 5. The three centres see close to 4,500 patients a month.
